Senior Airman Elias De La Torre, 4th Operations Support Squadron air traffic control journeyman, uses an enhance terminal voice switch (ETVS) to communicate with base facilities, aircraft and flightline vehicles at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, Oct. 2, 2020.
