U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Lucas Carter, 4th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive, ordnance and disposal team leader, responds to a suspicious package in Goldsboro, North Carolina, June 14, 2024. As a precautionary measure, responders evacuated people from the location and surrounding area. Explosive ordnance experts assigned to the 4th Fighter Wing checked the package and declared it safe.
