  • (Dis)assembly required: 332d EMXS conducts F-15 phase maintenance

    An F-15E Strike Eagle assigned to the 336th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron underwent a full phase maintenance and inspection March 1, 2018, at an undisclosed location. Aircraft receive phase maintenance at set intervals to ensure maximum safety and operability. During phase maintenance, every panel on the aircraft is removed and underlying components are inspected or replaced to ensure the aircraft can be safely operated to its potential going forward.
