If you need an official photo, full length photo or a photo for your government passport, the PA shop at Seymour Johnson AFB has you covered!

Passport photos are provided on a walk-in basis on the second floor of the bldg. 3010. You MUST bring the AF Form 833 given to you by your UDM or passport manager to receive a passport photo. All members who do NOT bring in this prefilled form will be turned away.

All other official photos need to be scheduled online. If appointment is needed within 48 hours please call (919) 722-0027. Add proper justification in the notes section when making you appointment.
