Senior Airman Collin Fillmore, 4th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter, drips sweat after working for nearly an hour to remove a victim from a trapped car during a vehicle extrication exercise, May 4, 2018, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
