• AF breaks down updated fitness test scores

    Without the waist measurement as a scored component, push-ups and sit-ups will increase from 10 to 20 points each, while the 1.5-mile run will remain at 60 points. Scoring will fall into five-year age groups, as opposed to the previous 10.

  • Experienced Peer-Led Alcohol Support Group

    There is a peer-led Alcohol Support Group on base for those struggling with alcohol and its effects. The group meets at the Family Life Center on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 5 p.m. The group is open to all active duty, reserve and retired service members as well as dependents.
