Airmen assigned to the 4th Force Support Squadron Southern Eagle Dining Dining Facility are responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for base Airmen, civilians and retirees. These Airmen serve approximately 180 customers during each meal. The average cost of a meal ranges from $1-4.

Every morning, these Airmen report to work before most of their peers even wake up. They start preparing breakfast at 5 a.m. to ensure their customers can pick up breakfast to go or sit down and enjoy it before reporting to work. The dining facility staff spends approximately one and a half hours preparing breakfast. Customers can choose food from the buffet line or cooked to-order-grill.

These options provide customers with balanced food choices and a few indulgences, ensuring they keep coming back for more. Breakfast is served from 6-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and dinner from 4-7 p.m.
